01
Initial Client Meeting

When you reach out to Atelier Woodways, you will be seamlessly connected with one of our talented designers. They will request preliminary measurements of your space and any inspiration photos you may have.

Together, we will arrange a showroom visit to explore your options, refine your vision, and address your specific requirements.

02
Design Proposal

Following the meeting, the designer will craft an initial design that reflects the ideas discussed. A subsequent visit to the showroom will be arranged for review.

Once the client is satisfied with Woodways’ alignment with their vision, a design fee will be required to proceed. This deposit grants clients access to PDF drawings of their space produced by Woodways and any future modifications.

Although the design deposit is non-refundable, it will be deducted from the total project cost.

03
Revision Process

During this stage, we will refine the design based on the client’s feedback until complete satisfaction is achieved.

While conducting revision meetings in the showroom is ideal, we understand that everyone has busy schedules. Therefore, these discussions can also be facilitated through email correspondence, video calls, or in-person meetings between the designer and the client.

After the client approves the final design, we will initiate the sign-off process. Our designer will conduct a thorough review of the drawings with you to ensure absolute clarity on every detail. It’s crucial that appliance and plumbing selections receive approval at this juncture.

05
Production and Delivery

We will reach out to the manufacturer to obtain approval for the project, after which the estimated lead time will begin.

During this period, we will ensure our client remains well-informed regarding the anticipated project delivery, countertop template, and installation date if coordinated through Atelier Woodways.

Your designer will be on-site upon the project’s arrival to oversee quality assurance and address any inquiries from the installer.

06
Final Payment

Three weeks prior to the scheduled cabinetry delivery, we will issue an invoice

covering the remaining project cost.
